Terms and Conditions

Liability: The A2 Company is not liable for any issues arising from the use of the online ordering services.Payment: Casa Senor Gollo agrees to pay A2 Company 10% of the food sales every 30 days from the beginning of service usage.Exclusivity: Casa Senor Gollo is not allowed to use other online ordering software for 12 months from the beginning of the service.Non-Compete Agreement: Casa Senor Gollo agrees not to engage with companies offering similar services during the contract period.Cancellation: There is no cancellation fee, and Casa Senor Gollo  can terminate the service at any time. However, A2 Company will retrieve the tablet and printer provided by the company upon termination. If Tio's Diner keeps the equipment, they will be penalized for the equipment's value at the time of setup.Non-Payment: If Tio's Diner fails to pay the 10% of food sales, the service will be disconnected 60 days after the last payment received.This contract will be considered agreed the day Tio's Diner get they first test order in Situ.
